Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  We do not want to list your house. We are looking for some more houses to buy today. We are professional house buyers in Salt Lake City Utah. Buying real estate is what we specialize in.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes, we pay fair prices for the houses that we buy. If we did not, then people would not sell us their house. Also, most people understand that if your house needs a ton of work, we cannot give you top dollar for it because we’ll have to do all that work after we buy it.

We do not charge any fees or commissions like real estate agents do, so that will save you money. And you won’t have to pay for any repairs, which is also a big financial concern for many of our clients. And you probably won’t have to pay for closing costs because we usually pay all of the closing costs too.

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: We have to do a little research first so we can offer you our best offer. We have to look at the location of the house. Then we take note of the repairs that must be done. So we have to check out the current condition of the property. Then we have to see what local comparable house sales have been in your area. Our objective is to create a great offer that will help you move on with your life.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house: there are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s the path you choose to take, then we’ll buy your house (and we’ll often pay for the closing costs too!). No hassle. No fees.

We make our money after we pay for repairs on the house (if any) and sell it for a profit (we’re taking all of the risks here on whether we can sell it for a profit or not; once we buy the house from you, the responsibility is ours, and you walk away without the burden of the property and its payments… and with cash in your hand).

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A: Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone comes along and wants to buy them. Then that buyer has to go to a bank and ask permission to borrow money.

We are actual buyers. We have our own funds ready now. So we do not have to ask a bank to borrow their money. We have our own.

Also, a real estate agent typically charges 6 percent of the sales price as their commission. That would be $6,000 on a $100,000 house price.

When we buy your house, we do not charge you any commissions or fees. So you save that expense. And that’s a huge saving.

Plus, agents can take 6-12 months to sell a property. But we can give you an offer this week and close as soon as next week because we have funds ready now.
